Rotary Pipe Peeler - Split Peeler SF

Brand: CR Wall
The Split Peeler SF is sold including a carrying case to ease transportation and protect the tool during storage.
A Split Peeler designed specifically for operation in close proximity to obstructions such as the enlarged body diameters found on spigot fittings (spigot elbows, spigot tees, reduced branch tees, etc.) Also works on continuous pipe sections (without access to ends) for tapping tee installation.

Meets the guidelines of the Plastics Pipe Institute‘s Electrofusion Procedure for Field Joining PE Pipe.
Features
  • Removes a continuous peel from the pipe/spigot OD
  • Peel to within close proximity of obstructions on the pipe OD
  • Leaves no un-peeled section at the open end of the fitting
  • No internal mandrel means no access required to ID of pipe/spigot
  • Latch-type closure for fast installation on fitting
  • Spring loaded cutting tool follows contour of pipe/spigot even with oval/out-of-round conditions
  • Cutting tool can be retracted into storage position preventing damage to the cutting edge and allowing for easier tool installation
  • Carbide cutting tool (replaceable) for increased service life
  • No tool contact with the pipe surface after peeling to prevent contamination
  • Patent pending
