Description
Fusion-Wipe® are presaturated wipes made with 96% isopropyl alcohol and 4% deionized water. Each wipe measures 6” x 9”, providing a larger surface area compared to many standard wipes.
GF Fusion-Wipe® are great for all-purpose cleaning, quick drying and residue free. Our wipes are tough, lint-free and non-abrasive. Not only are these wipes perfect for erasing finger prints, oils, grease, inks and adhesives from equipment but can also be used to clean contaminates from all thermoplastics before fusion.
GF Fusion-Wipe® is an approved cleaning agent.
Recommended Use
Recommended Use
- Discard the wipe after cleaning and do not re-use at a later time.
- Wipe in one direction to remove any contaminates, as wiping back and forth can move the contaminate around to other areas of the fusion zone.
- Store opened containers in a large zip lock style bag to maintain moisture.
- If wipes become dry, soak in 90% of greater Isopropyl Alcohol.
- Always allow the cleaned area to dry completely before placing any two thermosplactis together. Moisture can be locked between the layers and this can disrupt the fusion process.
