Why Choose Endress+Hauser FLOWSIC600-XT

Value Elements
  • Extreme Precision
    • The FLOWSIC600-XT is certified to OIML R137 Class 0.5, ensuring extreme precision even in challenging or turbulent flow environments.
    • Integrated pressure and temperature sensors correct volume calculations in real-time, accounting for expansion and contraction of the meter body.
    • Its high-accuracy ultrasonic measurement makes it a strong fit for custody transfer and high-value natural gas measurement applications where small measurement errors can impact revenue.
  • The Ultrasonic Advantage
    • No moving parts eliminate mechanical wear, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
    • Maintenance-free design simplifies long-term operation.
    • Low pressure loss helps support efficient gas movement through transmission pipelines, gate stations, and large industrial natural gas systems.
    • Because there are no mechanical parts in the gas stream, the FLOWSIC600-XT maintains stable measurement performance over time without the same wear concerns as turbine or rotary meters.

Comparison vs. Next Best Alternative (NBA)
  •  Vast Configuration Options Tailored to Your Application
    • Multiple path configurations available: 4-path direct or 8-path chordal options for greater accuracy and redundancy.
    • Can be specified with two meters integrated into a single body for added measurement reliability.
    • Flexible path configurations allow the meter to be matched to the needs of custody transfer, check metering, transmission, storage, and high-demand industrial applications.
