IBR Instrument Regulator

Brand: Welker, Inc
The IBR model in Welker’s I-Series Instrument Regulators is a standalone, spring-loaded, piston-sensing back-pressure regulator suitable for controlling gases and low-viscosity liquid products. By controlling its inlet pressure, the IBR helps to balance system pressure and product flow.

Piston-Sensing Pressure Control

Multiple flow coefficients and a wide control range let you adapt the IBR to your instrument and application. The IBR Back-Pressure Regulators are piston-sensing, allowing for a quicker response to pressure adjustments.

Adjustable Outlet Pressure

A hex head adjustment screw allows you to quickly and easily set the outlet pressure. With a locknut to prevent the spring setting from changing due to vibration, you can set the IBR once and be sure the inlet pressure and flow will remain constant.

Corrosion-Resistant Material

The metallurgical properties of 316/316L stainless steel minimize corrosion, absorption, adsorption, and chemical reactivity.
Features
  • Piston-sensing
  • Multiple flow coefficients
  • Lockable set point
  • Low internal volume
  • Stainless steel construction
Benefits
  • Capable of regulating higher pressures
  • Adaptable to pressure requirements of upstream equipment
  • Responsive control and reduced lag time
  • Minimized corrosion, adsorption, and chemical reactivity
