EMERGENCY VALVE LUBE SEALANT Contains Teflon particles to assist with sealing of leaking valves in dry gas service due to worn surfaces or soft seal damage. Repeated use of any TFE materials is NOT recommended. ONLY to be used in emergency valve sealing applications.

This biodegradable lube sealant is suitable for emergency sealing in valves where the service is mineral oils, light hydrocarbons, LPG’s or aromatics. It is designed as a sealant containing blended particles of Polytetrafluoroethylene for extra sealability. This is not recommended as a standard maintenance product because of the potential Teflon buildup with repeated use.
 
Intermingling of Val-Tex 80+FTFE and other lubricants or sealants will not have any adverse affect.
