LE Liquid Eliminator

Brand: Welker, Inc
Don’t let liquids block your sample from advancing through your chromatograph - keep your sample analysis going with a Welker LE Liquid Eliminator. Installed as a standalone unit or as part of a conditioning system upstream of your analyzer, the LE removes free liquids from gas samples to help prevent costly damage and operational shutdowns. Depending on the composition of the gas and sampling conditions, a liquid eliminator from the LE series is a good first step in sample conditioning and analyzer defense.

Liquid & Sediment Filtration

As the sample stream flows into the LE’s body, gas rises to the outlet while liquids and particulates collect in the separation chamber. Blocked by a screen and hydrophobic copolymer filter element, these contaminants drain from the bypass port.

Self Draining Design

The liquid separation chamber creates a circular downward path for the rejected liquids to follow. A pressure drop across the inlet and bypass ports allows the liquids and particulates to drain from the separator body, preventing them from reaching your analyzer.

Mounting Bracket Included

When ordered as a standalone component, the LE comes with a bracket for mounting. Secured to a panel, all ports are readily accessible for easy installation and maintenance.

Where space is a concern, the LE-3 is the perfect fit. Though smaller in size, it provides the same level of filtration and protection as the LE-2.

Threaded House Cap

The LE-5, the newest model in the LE series, features a screw-on cap. Hand tight, the threaded cap doesn’t require any tools for removal, making cartridge maintenance even easier.
Features
  • Integrated liquid and sediment filtration
  • Liquid-eliminating chamber
  • Self-draining design
  • Mounting bracket
  • Threaded housing cap (LE-5)
Benefits
  • Prevent free liquids and particulates from reaching the analyzer
  • Quick and easy installation
  • Quick and easy maintenance (LE-5)
