All-in-one debris protection and valve box lockout plug for 1″ inside diameter valve boxes. Prevent tampering with underground valves by blocking off access in the valve box.  Installation and removal with proprietary tool prevents unauthorized access to underground valves.

  • Expandable rubber plug design which blocks access to valve below and keeps out debris
